When a visitor contacts Operialis, the information may include:

The current website contact form does not submit the message to an Operialis server. It prepares an email in the visitor's email application. The information is actually sent only when the visitor sends that email.
Why we use the information
Information voluntarily provided is used to:
- respond to enquiries;
- understand the operational needs described;
- manage follow-up communication related to the enquiry;
- provide information or proposals about services when requested.
Basis for processing
Information voluntarily provided is processed in order to respond to the user's request and, where relevant, to take steps requested by the user before entering into a contractual relationship.

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship or communication, subject to any retention obligations required by law.
Technical services and disclosures
Personal data may be processed through technical services necessary to operate the website and manage communications.
The website is hosted using Cloudflare Pages. Technical site access data is distinct from email content sent through the user's chosen mail service.
Cookies and tracking
Operialis does not currently implement advertising analytics or non-essential tracking technologies on the website.
For this reason, the site does not currently display a consent banner for advertising or analytics cookies.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability of your information.

You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection supervisory authority.
Updates
This notice may be updated if the way personal data is handled or the services used by the website change.
